Manager Inclusion and Employee Engagement
This position is responsible for creating, designing and implementing the strategies and programs to promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion and enhance employee engagement. Maintains a strong community presence and acts as Company liaison in fostering relationships to promote inclusion and diversity for the company with a focus on recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent. In collaboration with the lines of business develops and implements company initiatives in these efforts.
Required Education & Experience
Position requires a BA or BS in Human Resources, business or a related field and a minimum of eight years of broad HR experience, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or Business Development or strategic project management. Must possess valid driver’s license.
Strategic thinking and visioning with the ability to develop and implement strategies. Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong initiative and results oriented; analytical and conceptual Exceptional consensus and relationship-building skills. Certified Diversity Professional
